Why do you need my personal data?

In order for us to check whether we hold your personal data for direct marketing purposes, we require your full name and postal address to match against the records on our database. We endeavour to process your request in a timely manner which may take up to 48 hours to complete.

Your email address is required so we can send you a confirmation email once our processing has completed. If your personal data is available on our marketing file, then we will include a personalised link that will allow you to understand where Experian Marketing Services obtained your personal data from, along with when appropriate notice was made available to you and a copy of the applicable privacy policy or notice statement.
